Devkund Waterfall is well-connected by road from Mumbai and Pune. you can easily drive from there to reach the destination. 

From Mumbai:

To go to Devkund Waterfalls from Mumbai, go to Bhira Village by road about 170 km away. The nearest large town is Tamhini Ghat. Immediately from Bhira, start a beautiful walk, approximately 4 km long, which will take you to the attractive Devkund Waterfalls. Consider while planning your trip, weather conditions and local transportation facilities.

From Pune: 

To reach Tamhini Ghat from Pune, you can take either private or public transport. Bhira Village is 150 km away; go there. It is the trailhead of Devkund Waterfalls Trek which starts from Bhira. You will hike about four kilometers across scenic environs to this beautiful waterfall. Means of local transport should be verified and weather conditions should be checked before embarking on your travel.
