Nal Sarovar is a beautiful bird sanctuary located approximately 60 km from Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. It is a paradise for bird lovers and nature enthusiasts. One of the best ways to enjoy the scenic beauty of Nal Sarovar is by taking a bike trip from Ahmedabad.

In this blog, I will share my experience of my bike trip to Nal Sarovar.

My journey started from my home in Ahmedabad early in the morning. I geared up with all necessary items such as sunscreen lotion, water bottle, snacks, and a camera to capture the beautiful moments of my trip. I was riding my Bajaj Avenger Bike and had a thrilling experience on the way. The road to Nal Sarovar is well maintained, and it took me approximately 1.45 hours to reach there.

On reaching Nal Sarovar, I parked my bike and bought the entry ticket. As soon as I entered the sanctuary, I could hear the chirping of various birds.

It was a mesmerizing experience to see so many different species of birds in their natural habitat. I could see flamingos, pelicans, storks, cranes, and many other birds. The sight of the birds flying over the lake was breathtaking.
The best way to explore the sanctuary is by taking a boat ride in nal sarovar. I hired a boat and started my journey through the lake. The boat ride was serene and peaceful, and I could feel the calmness of nature.

The boatman showed me different spots where birds were nesting, and I got to see them from close proximity. I could hear the sound of water lapping against the boat, and the cool breeze was refreshing.
After the boat ride, I went for a nature walk and explored the surroundings.

I saw different trees, plants, and insects. The sanctuary was clean and well maintained. There were also a few shops selling souvenirs and local delicacies.

As the sun started setting, I decided to head back to Ahmedabad. The return journey was equally thrilling, and I could see the beautiful sunset on the way. The cool breeze and scenic beauty made the journey memorable.
